Joaquin Kostelnik, an 8-year-old Labrador retriever, is known for a cool and collected demeanor; he likes to walk around and mingle as part of his hosting duties. Scooter Bastian filled some big paws after original host Buddy Bastian passed away. In recent weeks Scooter, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever mix, has been seen Downtown helping pass out flyers for the event.
