Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has filed for a divorce from her husband Mike Nilon, one month after learning that he was having an affair. Beauvais-Nilon, who e-mailed her husband's colleagues about Nilon's infidelity in early April, filed divorce papers on May 10, two days before the couple's ninth anniversary. The papers cited irreconcilable differences. The 43-year-old actress is seeking joint custody of the couple's twin boys Jax and Jaid. "I found out today that my husband of almost 9 years has been having an affair for 5 years with some slut in Chicago," Beauvais-Nilon's e-mail to Creative Artists Agency, where Nilon works as an agent, read.
