It employs more than 10,000 people. Products include SmartDose dosing for cleaners and Optifill sealable prescription fulfillment systems. Diversey had $3.1 billion in revenue in 2010.
Diversey will keep its research and development operations in Racine.
HVAC company expands to BRF
BLACK RIVER FALLS - Tomah-based Smith-Derousseau Heating & Air Conditioning has expanded to Black River Falls.
The company already has begun offering service to Black River Falls and other Jackson County customers and will open a storefront within the next month at 203 S. Roosevelt Road.

WASHINGTON - Construction spending rose 0.4 percent in April, the U.S. Commerce Department reported Wednesday. The strength came from a big percentage jump in spending on home improvement projects.
